To help us verify the issue, please share a clear, unedited unpacking video captured from the moment the package is opened. This step is essential for processing any exchange requests.
While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer an exchange for any item found to be damaged. You may choose to exchange it for the same item or select another product of equal value from our collection. Our goal is always to ensure you have a beautiful experience with every purchase.
